There are two houses (as well as the caretaker's residence). Both guest houses have two stories and offer views of Volcan Cotacachi. The first includes three bedrooms with two hot-water baths, and can be adapted for single- or double-bed users. There is a living room, a dining area, and an upper and a lower porch (where meals may be served). The second house, located next to the river, has two bedrooms, each with a double and a single bed, and each with a bath. There is a living room with a fireplace, as well as a kitchen and dining area.
